    The venue was clean. the staff were exceptional and incredibly kind. the deluxe king room had nice views and a comfortable bed. There were selected drinks available in the rooftop bar. I had such wonderful days at this very comfortable business hotel.

    Good five star hotel. Very clean. We had a family room with five of us. Rooms are on the large side. Facilities on basement floor- separate facilities for women and mixed also - fully equipped gym, swimming pool, sauna, hammam, jacuzzi, childrens pool. Under threes are not allowed in the pool. I would recommend you bring a swim cap from home as they don't allow you to enter pool without one, you can buy one on entry to leisure facilities. These facilities were open from 630am - 1100pm. You only pay for massage and hairdressers. If taking children take float/inflatable ring as main pool is 1m deep and childrens pool next to it is very shallow. Good variety at breakfast in Saffron Restaurant in lobby floor. Also right opposite hotel you have a Kipa shopping complex which is very modern. We went to a jewellers to get our money changed! Shopping centre also has a food court for fast food and an entertainment section with skating / turkish cinema although we didn't use this.

    Far from historical sites ie. Mevlana Museum/ Alaeddin Mosque. By taxi takes 10 mins.

    I came here for 4 nights and had a WONDERFUL stay. The hotel was huge, and the meals were good, I really enjoyed the top and exceptionally nice location just next door to main sights as well as the city centre. The atmosphere created was quiet. The room I had was big size with wonderful view and the staff was amiable.

    The setting was pretty bad.

    Cleanliness of the hotel and rooms

    The staff hardly spoke English, the swimming pools were closed at 6pm !, though their are lights around the pool. I asked at reception, they could not understand English and then told me that they close at 6pm !

    The hotel's good, central location was a plus. The room featured big beds, an electric kettle, a mini bar fridge, and air conditioning. I had a great stay at Dedeman Konya Hotel Convention Center. the central location was really convenient, and the room had everything I needed like big beds, an electric kettle, a mini bar fridge, and air conditioning. I thoroughly enjoyed my time there and look forward to visiting again in the future.

    Very clean and attentive staff - perhaps a little too attentive.

    The airconditioning was not adjustable and was too hot and as a result we did not sleep well. The senior reception manager was a little aggressive when asked about payment but his staff were very pleasant. Explanation on how to get anywhere was not good and we found the location not suited to people without a car. They gave us a map but could not explain it or where we were located. Finding a restaurant outside of the hotel was very difficult unless you want a take-away McDonalds style! The location is in a very conservative part of Konya and if you are looking for a drink forget it!
